The purpose of our consulting service is to facilitate a collaborative and green efficient business practice that utlizes the transformative power of innovative ideas, research based solutions and Internet technologies to educate, engage and empower our greatest resource: "the millennials aka generation next."
Unlike a corporate philosophy of maximizing profit and the bottom line, Powerful Visions increases the market share of its partners by increasing the vision and earning potential of our youth by first building trusting relationships between people in the community, public, private, and not for profit organizations. This is the prerequisite for wholistic and educationally collaborative global ventures, business opportunities and social entrepreneurship that engages youth and community in a partnership to make the world a better place.
Powerful Visions utliizes the innovative, creative and technological structures of organizations who have cutting edge solutions to today's personal economic and social problems. Our focus is to build bridges that lead to hope and opportunities for our youth, communities and educators who often lack a wholistic understanding of self, systems and the world. We believe that the current structures and systems in public education not only stifle the creativity of synergy of young people, and it does not promote healthy vision development nor the mastery of social and technological skills that are needed to cultivate cultures of academic excellence.
Here is an excellent perspective on this issue.
When young people utilize the power of VISION AND PURPOSE, while traveling on the information highway rolling with the assistance of data proven mentorship strategies, we believe this integration will promote a revolutionary culture of self-motivation, ethical responsibility, spiritual development, civic engagement, emotional and social well being.

Dr. Molefi Asante says that culture is defined as "shared perceptions, attitudes, and predispositions that allows people to organize experiences in certain ways." This way of being germinates from ones worldview and value system development that begins in early childhood. We recognize childhood as a powerful vision of "social value," and we believe that when it is embedded within an authentic arena of a caring community that reproduces sufficient levels of social, cultural and spiritual capital "children are able to realize the powerful vision of their PURPOSE.” Childhood should be protected and valued as a social good that produces social, emotional and financial equity, key investments in our well being as a nation. What is the future of education? A Child Driven Education is the key. Check out this research with 10 year olds:
